i was dhe 1st to reach and waited fer dhe others. Den dey arrive be4 8.30am. Jus nice sia. hahas. Except fer dis vietnam peers of us. She did not turn up. Den we were bought to diff blocks. I was wif Nora at Blk 251. At 9am patients started cuming uhs. Got van which brings dem uhs. Its actuali a day care center. Dey will be at TPSCHC from 9am till 4pm. Not all patients came by van provided uhs. Some their familt personally send dem dere and den off dey go werk uhs.

Me and Nora helped bring dhe patient in. Mostly all of dem are in wheelchair uhs. Den our in-charge teached us hw to do dhe daily routine uhs. Mostly dhe patients haf stroke or not strong enuff at their hands and legs.

9am-10am: take temp and bp. den exercise using dhe equipment uhs.

10am-10.30am: Breakfast. Mus ask whether dey wan coffee or milo and wan bread or biscuits. sia lurhs. i feel lyke air stewarded sia. but treating senior citizen uhs. hahas. Den help feed those patients hu are unable to feed themselves.

10.30-11.15pm: Observed dhe staff nurse bathing dhe patient.
11.15pm-11.30pm: Meet our CF inchrge; Ms Lim. Shes very nice sia. :)

Den i noe we de excercise. Me and Nora help gather all of dem and we haf to stand in dhe middle of dhe patients and do excercise. Got dhe PT leader lead uhs. I quite paiseh uhs. cos ferst tyme do dis kind of job. hahas.

Den lunch tyme feed patient. I fed Mdm Zainon. I was lyke wondering whether she was male or female and whether she malay or chinese uhs. I only noe on dhe 2nd dae sia. hahas. Feed dem porridge. dhe porridge looks disgusting sia. hahas. den ryte, i help change 4 patients diaper in dhe toilet. It was a total nightmare fer me sia. siak uhs. ferst tyme change 4 diaper sia. hurhur. 2 female and 2male patient. But fer dhe male i neber see their 'dingdong' uhs. luckily sia. hahas. but ryte, one male patient very noisy sia. he actuali says: 'oits! my pubic hair pain lurhs!' i was lyke omg!! Dhe nurse jus laugh and apologise uhs. Dhe uncle veri2 noisy sia. Some of dhe senior citizens boikot hym sia. hurhur.

Wen fer lunch. Behind TPSCHC got coffeeshop uhs. Dhe food dere very dheap and nice sia. :) Den come bck, dey watching tv. Den we talk2 to dem till tea break. Go arnd asked dem wad dey wan and gif dem food and i fed Mdm Zainon.

Quite bored so me and Diane (one of dhe staff dere) do origami. My origami lyke wad oni. sux sia. hahas. Den at 2.45pm help dhe staffs bring out patient to dhe van. Home sweet home. Got a total of 3 trips uhs. Mus take turns uhs. Limited spaces uhs. hurhur. Dhe last van scheduled was at 4pm. Den me and Nora tok to dhe staff nurse, clean abit den sign our logbk and wen off at 4.30pm.

siak uhs. dis one sway sia. our bag was being locked in dhe storeroom. dhe staffs forgot dat our stuffs inside. so we only get our bag at arnd 5.20pm lyke dat. den we walked to Toa Payoh mrt. Actuali we kinda lost uhs but managed to find our way. hahas. reached home at 7.15pm.

Eat, bath den change to go fer my religious class. But lrt break down from dhe tyme we reach lrt till 8.30pm. Den oteys already. Reached at arnd 8.50pm sia. haix. hahas. den wen home at 10pm plus. I was totally exhausted sia. hurhur. Wen to bed after packing my stuffs fer dhe next dae.

Dae 2: Met Nora at Jelapang lrt at 7.10pm. Supposingly mit dhe vietnam gal but she neber turn up even though Nora go her house ystrdae nyte uhs. Hiax. we both arrive TPSHCH at 8.25am. Dis tyme our bck put inside office locker. easier sia. hahas. den wen to do dhe same routine but i was lyke no mood uhs. veri tired and sleepy sia. den at 4.30pm our tyme finished we karaoke sia. crazy sia we all. hahas. den walked to Toa Payoh mrt and i wen home wif Tulasi. Reached home at 6.30pm. Rest and watch tv. hahas

I kinda sad uhs. I spent $8 fer 2 daes transportaion sia. Mrt fare very expensives sia. hurhur.

1.July.09 - Health Promotion Board

Daddy send me to Outram Park mrt and i met Nadia and some of T13 at MRT. We den walked to HPB together. Zhi Yang was reali2 late sia. hurhur. Neber mind uhs. Den wen to dhe theater room. Take attendance. Mostly listen to talks uhs. Abt health, dental blablabla. I nearly fall asleep uhs. Luckily got break in btwn. But me and Nadia stayed behind uhs. Lazy sia wanna go down. hahas. Den tour arnd. Took picas. But not clear sia. Dunoe why uhs. hahas. SO not gonna upload it. sowie :)

Durin dhe tour Febian fracture/sprained his ankle. He jumped and den landed at dhe wrong foot and twsited his ankle. Got to see doc and take X-ray sia. We all finished at 1pm den accompany Febian to X-ray department. But dat tyme dey havin lunch so we haf to wait fer lyk 1hr sia. hurhur. But me and Nadia go ferst uhs cos we haf something on. Sorie Debbie cos neber celebrate burfdae wif u but we haf contributed some money fer ur surprise burfdae party! :)

Reached home at 2.45pm. Rest, watch tv and sleep!! Den eat, watch tv, rest and sleep! :)

2.July.09-3.July.09 - SWAMI

Wen alone. Actuali planned to go wif Tulasi but she was late and asked me to go ferst. I reached sembawang mrt at 7.40am. veri early sia. den wait fer Tulasi till 8am uhs. Den wen to find bus uhs. I culdnt find dhe bus in dhe ferst place. Cos i panic alreadi sia. hurhur. den walked to bus interchange and im able to find dhe bus dat i was lookin fer 167. Dad help me out uhs. He actuali go and survey dhe place beforehand and told me to take wad bus and where to alight.

Wait fer dhe arrival of bus and den board it. Dad says alight wen see Sembawang Shopping Center and petrol station uhs. but i didnt see Sembawang Shopping center sia. So i jus stay inside dhe bus uhs. Skali dhe bus wen to Chong Pang which was goin towards Yishun. I was lyke wth?!! I den asked dhe bus driver uhs. He says i miss dhe stop sia. hiax. I panic sia. 8.20am ready u noe i haf yet find dhe place!! So i actuali walked fast uhs to dhe opp bus stop. Den got bus 859 came. I asked dhe bus driver got go Sembawang Shoping Center and he says yes. I was worried sick sia. haix. Den bus driver told me arrived ready. I alight den was lyke finding dhe place and yea! I found dhe place sia. so hapi!! hahas.

i was ferst sia den evan came follow by gladson, nora and tulasi. started werk late which was at 9am cos dhe nurse manager wanted everybody to come den she bring us to our respective place. i was located at Dementia Ward alone.

Wen dere and got dis makcik veri friendly sia. she taughtme mani2 interesting thing. Dhe staffs dere all very friendly uhs. hahas. i observed bathing one bed ridden patient den dressing ( change patient wound). i observed and help changed a bit uhs. Total 6 patients sia. hurhur. Come to dhe men side, i was unlucky sia. 2men pass motion so mus chnage their diaper uhs and i saw their %&%%*. i was lyke wth!!!!! haix. den help dhe makcik prepare lunch fer dhe patient den bring dem bck to their room and help clean up. den help fold some clothes. wen fer lunch. lunch was provided den wen to Sembawang Shopin center fer ais kacang,Nora treat. :) den wen bck in.help bring patient out, watch tv. observed nurse feed patient wif tubing. Den i was bored from 2.30pm-4pm. Notin to do sia cos change shift at 2.30pm, new staffs and i dunoe dem and dey not reali friendly uhs. lyke u smile at dem dey smile den walked away uhs. dey lyke dun care u and do their werk uhs. at 4pm den i help feed patient and 4.30pm i wen home.

2nd dae: i arrived early sia at 8.10am. hahas. dhe makcik neber come sia. so i hang arnd wif Brendon. he taught me hw to feed tube patients. den i jus stand arnd and observed dhe nurse do vital sign but she wasnt freindly at all so i didnt tag along wif her sia. den got 2 nurse doing dressing den i jus watch uhs. i wanna help but dey lyke jus do their werk and left me on my own wif nothin to do sia. haix. so i jus stand arnd uhs. den lunch tyme i help feed patient after dat clean up and wen fer lunch. lunch was a bit pathetic but stayed in SWAMI and neber go out. Wanna safe money sia we all. hahas. collected our logbk. abit of stuffs happen. not gonna say here. jus btwn dhe 5 of us. den wen bck to our ward. Help to move patient out to watch tv. as usual nothin to do. i was damn bored. 2.30pm dey change shift dis tyme dhe nurse quite friendly uhs. :) but i was quite sleepy. wen to dhe staff toilet a few tyme sia. i actuali fall aslept inside fer lyke 3-7mins. dhe place was clean and not smelly at all. hahas. den wen out, walked arnd, help dhe nurses and den prepare lunch, feed lunch, clean up and den bring dhe patient bck to their bed. den i wen home.

So here i am, blogging. late alreadi sia. i wanna slip. ohh ya! tmrrw will be my most happiest dae on earth!! ;););) ohh, got silat picnic. still waitin fer the confirmation tyme and place. haf yet to pack up sia. hurhur.
